The Teen Model Team girls and I met up for our first group session this past February at a peach orchard! Peach orchard sessions are a little bit tricky because the key is to get the session scheduled when the blossoms are out, but before the leaves come in and take over! We found a date that worked for us all, and the weather could not have been more perfect! This was the first time that these girls had really met each other, and they got along so well!
Group sessions include some group pictures, but mostly, it’s a chance to get individual portraits of each girl in a different space than what they’d normally choose for their individual session. These trees gave the girls plenty of opportunity to climb, lean, sit and hang around on them, which made their movements seem more natural.
I loved the soft light and the soft colors the girls chose for their outfits — I always send out a Pinterest Board with inspiration on what to wear, so there’s no guess-work!
