Because I’d met (and loved!) Kristen and Mitchell at their engagement session, I knew that their wedding day would be fun and beautifully created. I have photographed a LOT of weddings at Quail Branch Lodge, and I mean it when I say that the reception area was something like I’d never seen… it was incredibly designed (scroll down about half way to view it!). Tall white floral arrangements, beautiful white table runners dotted with rich gold accents and greenery. I was blown away with the effort that went into it, and how regal it all looked! Not only were their details lovely, but there were some special and meaningful ones as well. The groom was gifted cufflinks that were actually lockets, holding a photo of his father who had passed. There were also “hidden Mickeys” throughout the venue as a nod to their mutual love for all things Disney!
Kristen and Mitchell were so joyful on their wedding day and their overall level of “carefree” was so refreshing! Their bridal party was so supportive and cooperative… just an overall lovely day with beautiful light and an adorable couple… hard to ask for much more than that!
