Daphnie and Ross had a clear vision of what they wanted their wedding day to look and feel like. They wanted their closest friends and family members all together in a venue that would be both elegant and fun. Walking into the Ritz Carlton on Amelia Island gave so much instant inspiration — the luxurious bridal room was the perfect backdrop for dressing the bride as well as shooting wedding details, the driveway lined with gnarled trees cast just the right amount of shade for portraits, and in the back courtyard, the beautiful ocean breeze kept the guests cool during both ceremony and reception. Daphnie provided a box of personal wedding details to work with including a palm leaf from her florist, shells, ribbons, a Mrs. Box, perfume, shoes, and invitation suite… the list goes on and on — if you want stunning details, do what Daphnie did!
Spending the day with Daphnie and Ross was like spending the day with old friends. Such a graceful and relaxed couple, beautiful on the inside and (obviously) on the outside. Secure in their love and their friendship, these two spent their first day of marriage being celebrated by everyone around them. The perfect start to this new chapter in their long love story.
