I’ve known Blake + his family for a really long time, I was actually one of his teachers when he was in middle school (I promise I’m not ancient!). To see him all grown up is pretty surreal, but to see him with Reede makes my heart so happy! They have been together through high school and college and law, school, and now it’s time for the next chapter for them! They are perfect for each other and are super comfortable to hang out with, I can’t wait to document their wedding day in the fall!
Hallabrook Hill is their wedding venue so it only made sense to use it for the engagement pictures also! The spring light was absolutely gorgeous, and I was very thankful that the weather cooperated as well as it did! We were able to get this session done before it got too hot which I’m sure Blake was thankful for! I love their outfit choices — they had both a casual set an a dressy set, which gave them just a maximum amount of diversity for their session! This is something I always encourage my couples to do so that they’re able to get two very different looks and the most variety in their gallery! I loved getting to know them as a couple and spending time with them both! I am so looking forward to celebrating with them in the fall and can’t wait to see what their future holds!
