Heading to Savannah in January was one of the best ideas for my SMT! January is usually relatively slow, but it’s also got some of the best light of the year — not humid and very bright (when it’s not gloomy and rainy… it’s a mix bag). We got lucky for this shoot and wound up with a bright sunny day in Savannah! We started at Forsyth Park in the heart of downtown Savannah. I had the girls wear two different outfits to give them one of their own and one with a very distinct theme — Parisian!
Once we went over to Jones Street with it’s beautiful townhomes, brick streets and wrought-iron staircases, I had them change into their second fit. And they nailed it with their French inspired looks! Finishing up at one of the large churches was the perfect ending! We got so many of them individually as well as a group, and I was so pleased with how this shoot turned out!
