This Jekyll Island engagement session couldn’t have been more perfect. With such an adorable and adventurous couple, I had such a great time photographing their love! I met Daphnie and Ross at Jekyll Island Club Hotel to begin their session. This iconic property is filled with gorgeous turn-of-the-century buildings, marsh and coastal landscape and well manicured green spaces. I adore shooting there and I jump at the chance to, whenever the opportunity arises! After we had our fill of the Club, they changed clothes and we headed down to the beach. Driftwood Beach is such a unique destination. The shore is covered in huge chunks of driftwood that has been weathered and grayed and gnarled by the environment. These two were so perfect there and I loved that they wanted to get in the ocean as well! (You know me, I’m all about putting people in the water somehow!)
